The rich BriBri indigenous culture, settled in Costa Rica since time immemorial, contains an ancestral culinary jewel that connects us with the spirituality and traditions of this original people. Among the most representative dishes is the Guacho, made with smoked Kró (chicken) meat, accompanied by roasted plantains with Köchi (pork) chicharrones. Each dish is accompanied by rice, tender beans, hearts of palm, picadillos, cassava and yams, products that come from organic farms, grown without chemicals and in harmony with the natural environment.

The spiritual connection with nature is a key element in BriBri gastronomy. Food is seen as a gift from Mother Earth, and its preparation is considered a sacred act that respects the cycles of life. This essence is transmitted in each dish they prepare, since the recipes are inspired by ancestral knowledge passed down from generation to generation, from mothers and grandmothers to great-grandmothers.

In addition to the main dishes, the organic Tsiruska chocolates stand out, produced by the Association of the Commission of Indigenous Women of Talamanca (Acomuita). These high-quality, gluten-free chocolates come in different forms, such as organic cacao with ginger root, orange juice and coconut cajeta, and in the form of pure cacao bars. These delicacies evoke the BriBris' spiritual connection to Mother Nature, honoring their relationship with cacao as one of the sacred plants of their culture.

Beyond the delicious gastronomy it offers, the venture also stands out for its commitment to the environment, using biodegradable and compostable containers made from sugarcane bagasse, in harmony with its respect for the land and its balance with nature.
