• Ride along the Telirey Sixaola River in a traditional canoe to an organic cocoa farm on the border with Panama.

• You will take a walk through the farm and the jungle to learn about the cocoa fruit and taste its pulp. You will learn more about its traditional cultivation and its importance according to the Bribri worldview. You will learn about the complete process of making chocolate, for example the fermentation and drying of cocoa beans.

• Walking around the farm you will discover the typical vegetation of the area and the construction materials of indigenous houses such as suita, chonta and other leaves.

• After the walk you can participate in the traditional way of preparing chocolate and taste this native product.
